“The Geurie Golden Collar & Australian Allround Stockdog Challenge”.

It is said the humble dog is man's best friend and no truer statement in the bush than with the working dog.
The Geurie Golden Collar trial event aims to showcase three major working dog trail disciplines in one weekend at one location in the form of bringing back the ‘’Australian Allround Stockdog Championship’ (open grades) to the Geurie Golden Collar where it all started. This includes a sheep yard trial ring, a cattle trial ring, and a three-sheep trial ring.
The weekend will also hold other grades in the three disciplines and a twilight auction for started-to-experienced dogs that can be purchased. We also have events for the kids and newcomers to trailing. On Friday the 27th of September there will be a fun novelty event for vendors selling dogs in the auction to showcase either their sale dog or parents of the dogs.
