Take yourself back to the 1920's when Narromine had its first small locally built aircraft constructed. Investigate the original structures of the aerodrome with stories dating back to WWII and learn about the busy flying training school for the RAAF.

Adventure to an underground world at the Wellington Caves

Get ready for an adventure to an underground world at the Wellington Caves. Guided tours are offered daily through two magnificent show caves, the Cathedral and Gaden caves. Be amazed by 15m tall crystal formations and intricate cave corals. Or don your hard hat and take a step back in time on the Phosphate and Fossil tour, exploring a 100-year old mine and uncovering megafauna fossils that roamed the earth one million years ago. Open 9.00am – 4.30pm, check tour time schedules.
