For the first time in history, the Positive Rugby Foundation Under 13 Boys NSW State Championships will take place in Dubbo.

The event will be held at Apex Oval on 6-8 June 2020, attracting around 750 competitors. Young players and their families will be coming from all over the state to compete in Dubbo, with representative teams coming from other NSW Country Zones, Sydney Districts (such as Norths and Randwick) as well as teams from the ACT and Melbourne.
