We would like to invite people with, and without, disability to a workshop for the JourneyFit Program to show you how we can help you begin your fitness journey. JourneyFit is a practical fitness program designed to help people understand the impact that good food choice has on your physical and mental health and to help you find fitness activities that may be right for you.
It can be hard to know where to begin when you are worried that you may not fit in or you don't think that you are even fit enough to start. We can support you by walking alongside you as you test different options or learn new activities or sports in our community.
Our wonderful speakers will include Mel Harrison from Sitting Low Reaching High; Rodney Baker; Ben Austin (OAM); and Liza Twohill, a Nutritionist and Naturopath.
