Around 2017 Andy Nelson arrived onto the live music scene with a rustic Americana/Folk style. Deep, smooth and gentle vocals with enchanting guitar playing and cinematic stories; his passionate performances are delightfully infectious and rapidly becoming a highlight for audiences around the country.
In 2019, Andy spent 10 days in a secluded farmhouse in the Kangaroo Valley, with award-winning producer and drummer from the band 19-Twenty, Syd Green. There, they recorded his debut album Man on the Mountain.
Andy is quickly becoming recognised for his soulful and earnest performances which are described as thoughtful, poignant, lyrical folky goodness, and brings to Dubbo a performance accompanied by his dear friends, Jon Wilby and Amy Viola.
Line Up includes Dubbo singer/songwriters CLINTON HOY and BRANDON TROUTMAN
If Clinton Hoy could write songs all day he'd be happy. Born in Dubbo, and after musical forays further afield and overseas, Clinton ended up back here 13 years later and his current project is a mix tape experience spanning all manner of genres showcasing the depth of his passion to be a good songwriter.
Brandon Troutman is one of Dubbo's finest musical talents. Weaving intricate riffs and heartfelt true life lyrics with an intense song-craft his booming tenor will transport you.
