44% of those who responded to the survey relocated on their own (22% with family); the most popular reason for relocating was for employment opportunities (66%); followed by lifestyle (33%). 44% of respondents had also heard of the Evocities campaign.The event was attended by a number of community/volunteer organisations who used the opportunity to promote their services and enlist new residents. One volunteer organisation now boasts 12 new members.
