Dolores is a conversation between two sisters, whose lives are controlled, and voices silenced by the ones that they love most. Both women live with this hardship in very different ways. It takes one final act of violence to remind them that their bond as sisters could be a source for change.

Described by the Sydney Arts Guide as "a thoughtful and powerful emotional rollercoaster which delivered[s] a need for urgency in preventing the devastation of generational domestic violence ," this production will grip the audience with its periods taut stillness and gut-wrenching realisation.
This is a sam. production of an Edward Allen Baker script, starring Millie Samuels and Edwina Samuels. 10% of all ticket sales will be donated to White Ribbon Australia and local ambassadors will be invited to the performances across the state. The Samuel Sisters also wish to help audiences understand that their unique set of skills can help to effect change in their community whether they work in schools, local businesses, health services or at a government level.
