BBC Production | Brainstorm will be presented in the Black Box Theatre at 7.30pm on Friday 30th November and Saturday 1st December 2018. Originally written by Ned Glasier, Emily Lim and Company Three; Brainstorm is a powerful, personal story of the teenage experience. Informed by the latest scientific understanding of how a teenage brain works and develops, the Black Box Creatives cast along with writer Toni Grant and emerging theatre professional Danielle Andrews have created a unique performance piece that moves and delights in equal measure. Directed by Camilla Ward, Brainstorm is an innovative, brave and confrontational piece of theatre that should not be missed. The BBC's are a dynamic young theatre company dedicated to increasing the range of opportunities on offer for young people in the performing arts. Founded by the Western Plains Cultural Centre in 2016 they have worked with the ATYP, Hilary Bell, Alan Flower, Sam Paine, Andy Carolan and many more to bring inventive, engaging theatre for young people to the region.
