  Be it a photo, video, meme... whatever you can think of! Get creative. 

Best impersonation as judged by Australian Rugby Union will take home the signed cotton gold!

Terms & Conditions

1. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
3. The competition commences on 23 July at 14:00 AEDT and concludes 1 August 2014 at 12:00 AEDT.
4. To enter participants must post an impersonation of the iconic Nick "The Honey Badger" Cummins in the form of a media upload to the Dubbo City Facebook page.
5. Illegible, incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. 
6. Entries uploaded to personal Facebook profiles and not the Dubbo City Facebook page will be deemed invalid
7. Computer generated images are not allowed.
8. An entry should not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any third person or entity.
9. By submitting an entry you grant Dubbo City Council and its licensees and assignees a free, non-exclusive licence to exercise all rights in all media throughout the world in perpetuity for non-commercial purposes.|
10. A representative from Australian Rugby Union will judge the best impersonation as the winning entry.  
11. The winner will be announced on social media and must contact Dubbo City Council's City Promotions team to claim their prize.
12. Dubbo City Council reserves the right to request the winner provide proof of identity upon claiming prize.
13. Dubbo City Council reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Council, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who has in the opinion of the Council engaged in conduct in entering the promotion which  is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Council. The Council reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Council becomes aware that the winner and/or winner's entry is of a type described in this clause.
14. By accepting the prize the winner agrees to participate in and cooperate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the competition, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed.
15. Staff and family members of the City Development and Communications Branch of Dubbo City Council are ineligible to enter this competition.
