What does the City Image Branch do?

Council established the City Image Branch to deliver four key functions to Council. One of those functions is to implement a City Image Marketing Program, with the aim of delivering a more cohesive, coordinated approach to promoting Dubbo.

The Program includes activities that promote a positive image including:

  • media placements, 
  • develop city information and promotion collateral, 
  • city statistics and research management 
  • event attraction and support
  • website management 
  • collaborative new resident campaigns with local industry
  • collaborative visitor campaigns with local industry
  • collaborative

retail campaigns with local industry
