Western Plains Regional Council also offers the City Development Partnership Program. The City Development Partnership Program aims to facilitate City marketing activity aligned with the City Development Delivery Plan, and provides scope for industry to leverage from campaigns and actions under the Plan.

The new innovative Program provides industry with the opportunity to gain greater market penetration and reach new audiences through receiving a bundle of offerings through investing in one single, cost-effective package aimed at a specific target market. The bundle of offerings includes a print advertisement in either the Dubbo Visitor Guide, Dubbo New Residents Guide or Dubbo Events Guide.

Bookings for the City Development Partnership Program 2015/16 are now closed and will reopen in mid-2016 for the next program to commence in July 2016.
