Dubbo Regional Council is proud to announce that it will host a 2019/2020 National Rugby Competition game.

The NSW Country Eagles and Sydney Rays will bring the competition to Dubbo on 31 August 2019.

The fixture is being billed as a 'Country v City' match and is set to draw thousands of rugby union fans to Apex Oval.

The Central West Junior Rugby Finals will take place in conjunction with the event; with U13, U15, and U17's games. All will be vying to qualify for the grand final to be held the following Saturday 7 September 2019.

Ticket are $10, available upon entry on the day.

Getting to Dubbo is easy. Fly direct from Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle, or Brisbane; or catch the XPT from Sydney arriving and departing Dubbo daily.
